I intuitively* chose a pair of images: left, Paddock 7, Andalucia 2013, and right, Norway 95.
A section was taken from Paddock 7, scaled for a canvas of 70 cm by 170, and then the section from Norway 95 was adjusted until there was a compatible 'rhythm' between the two when superimposed using Photoshop....
(*Until writing this, I was not aware of any relationship between these 2 images, now however, Paddock 7 seems so obviously a colour 'deconstruction', or sort of fourier transformation of the Norway photograph and yet the photograph was not in the least prominent in mind during the Andalucian paintings!)
